Urban Frederick Coffee Inspired Wedding Shoot

Coffee wedding shoot. Frederick, Maryland, is the place where “hip meets historic.” This urban inspirational shoot leans on the city’s cool vibe and characteristic skyline to create a fun coffee wedding shoot. It’s the perfect style for the couple looking for something different and something that speaks to their own personal and culinary interests.

The back alleyways provided a great backdrop. The historic red brick also inspired the incorporation of bright florals, leading to even more vibrant details in other aspects of the shoot.

The invitation suite features Frederick’s notable spires, as well as gorgeous bright green envelopes and inner flaps for a pop of unexpected color.

The bride dons a light and airy lace gown with long sleeves and a stunning open back. Her hair is styled in a classic updo and she sports a red lip. And to get into the colorful creative spirit, she wears a pair of bright yellow heels.

The coffee theme is tied in through several different mediums. A bag of loose coffee beans is scattered on the table and flowers are held in a vintage coffee can vase.

Although you can’t taste it, the cake is made with coffee, too! A beautiful buttercream-frosted cake features a generous dripping of coffee-infused ganache. Coffee beans on a glass cake stand make for an elegant and aromatic display.

The bride and groom can be seen in front of two vintage yellow couches. She wears a stole over her shoulder and the he coordinates with a corduroy jacket, blue pants, and a bright orange tie.
