Kensington Gardens Gig Harbor Washington Real Wedding

As children we all read the fairy tale, Cinderella. As girls, we all dream of being swept away by a handsome prince to live happily ever after in our castle. If you choose the right dress and the right venue, you will definitely look and feel like a princess. When Megan tied the knot with Kenton at the Kensington Gardens in Gig Harbor, Washington, she definitely looked like a princess. She was stunning.

First let's look at her strapless gown. It was absolutely amazing. There were jewels in the bodice, appliqué along the skirt and the layers as it lead to the train. The intricate details were incredible. Her sandals had ruffles on top that mimicked the skirt of the dress. She wore studded earrings and no necklace which simply allowed her dress to stand out even more. She had her hair in a loose bun with the veil behind her.

Kenton, the groom, was also quite handsome and definitely fit the roll of prince charming. He looked wonderful in his tuxedo. He wore a white shirt and white tie which was a great touch.

The rest of the bridal party also fit the part. The grooms men were dressed like Kenton but they did not wear white ties. The brides maids wore shorts strapless dresses.

This couple looked great together but to have the perfect picture, you definitely needed the right venue and Kensington Gardens was a great choice. It not only boasts amazing landscape but also fountains. It provides the perfect backdrop for a fairy tale wedding.

The ceremony took place outside and the scenery was breathtaking as the guests watched Kenton and Megan exchange their vows.

The reception took place indoors and it also had its unique aspects. The guests were all given jelly beans with their name cards.

It was such a great idea. The tables were beautifully decorated with floral centerpieces and tea candles.

But of course we can't forget the cake. It was amazing. It was four tiers. On top it had a large rose and along the sides it had rose pedals. It looked so regal.

If you want a fairy tale wedding, make sure that you choose the right dress and the right venue. It is a complete package. But no matter where you tie the knot, you should feel as though your groom is your prince charming. Every bride should feel like a princess on her special day.
