Romantic Miami Wedding Inspiration

Romantic Miami Wedding Inspiration.

This wedding styled shoot was inspired by Miami's new rooftop venue, The Penthouse at Riverside Wharf, a modern, all-white venue that draws in a lot of natural light and is a completely blank canvas for any wedding day. We mixed Miami's modern style with a classical romance feel by adding touches of soft, vibrant, romantic hues in the wedding day details.

We used a rustic farmhouse table with modern ghost chairs, matte terracotta plates with refined ivory and gold chargers, a velvet table runner for a fun twist, a half moon floral wedding arch, gold candle votives paired with real natural fruit, and to tie it all together, the bridal gown is a floral, romance dream from Lovely Bride.

Since storytelling is our love language, we decided to film a short wedding video from this styled shoot as well. The fun part of this inspiration shoot is that the bride and groom are a real life young couple who completely embodied the romance of the shoot. We are in love with the new engagement ring trend --the one where brides are using whatever rock they want it to be, not just a diamond. So we used an emerald ring to tie in with the terracotta used in the calligraphy and florals. The invitation suites tied in all of the romantic feels of the shoot. This shoot was a true collaborative effort with all vendors involved and it came together in the most magical way. We did this to inspire new trends here in Miami in where brides are either fully modern glam or fully boho-rustic. We perfectly infused two trends in a seamless and really fun way. Who says you can't break a few trend rules and still not have a dream wedding?
