Atlantic Beach NC Wedding at Celebration Cottage
Paige and Chris’ wedding in Atlantic Beach, NC, took place at Celebration Cottage, the only public oceanfront venue on the beach. With a mix of dark blues, seaside décor, and natural tones and touches, this couple epitomized the beauty and organic grandeur of the Crystal Coast – a place best experienced with a sunset in your eyes and the tide beneath your toes. Paige was a classic bride but one thing she had to do was wear flip flops. Her bridesmaids helped her step into a lace V-neck gown with a champagne-colored ribbon waistband and long elegant train. She wore a long lace-hemmed veil to complete her look.
Chris looked dashing in a gray suit with a patterned blue bow tie – the signature color of the wedding.
His groomsmen all matched and for a little bit of coastal flair, sported starfish boutonnieres.
In front of the sand dunes, two tall floral arrangements marked the ceremony spot. With her bridesmaids in blue awaiting her arrival, Paige walked down the aisle to greet her groom in front of the ocean.
The two exchanged vows, rings, and kisses before becoming Mr. and Mrs.
As they exited from the ceremony, they made their way down to the sand with their bridal party.
Paige let her bridesmaids pick long dark blue dresses in styles they felt best in. The various necklines were beautiful and flattering.
Their bouquets were filled with black and white anemones, light blue hydrangea, and roses – exquisitely complementary to the dark blue wedding hue.
As the North Carolina sky transformed into its famous cotton-candy color, Paige and Chris took advantage and captured as many shots on the beach as they could while the sun was setting.
The party got started under a white tent strewn with pink string lights. Paige and Chris enjoyed their first dance as a married couple. And to capture it all, they commissioned a painter to create a real-life piece of art from the atmosphere.
The cake fit the beach them in a most elegant manner. Four crisp white tiers were embellished with coral and seashells.
The bride and groom were excited to cut and taste!
After dinner and dessert, Paige and Chris danced the night away. And before they knew it, it was time for a spectacular exit.
They left in between two rows of sparkler-wielding guests and right at the perfect moment, Chris dipped his bride for one final kiss.
Paige and Chris' wedding was serene and sensational. With the inclusion of elegant beach décor and lots of personal touches, this Celebration Cottage event is one to remember. The tide may come and go but the memories of this special day remain infinite.
