When we are growing up, we ofen wonder who will marry. How will know when we meet the right person?
The answer is always the same. You will just know.

For Michael and Sheronda Giles, it was love at first sight when their fairy tale began over three years ago. It culminated with their wedding on May 22, 2010 at the Saint Thomas Preservation Hall in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Their wedding is a perfect example of simple yet elegant. They used the beautiful historic location as a backdrop and did not overwhelm it with gaudy decorations. From the wedding arch to the centerpieces, Shaniqa Butts, the wedding coordinator, chose simple vines and flowers in vases as accents. Even the light pastel colors of the decor, helped to add to the classic feel of the festivities.

Weddings always turn out to be mini "family reunions." However, if you choose a location like, downtown Wilmington, you can have all of your guests stay nearby to each other and enjoy themselves long after the nuptials are exchanged.
