It is located between the United States and Central America. It borders the United States to the north and Belize and Guatemala to the south. Mexico’s terrain varies from high mountain peaks, low coastal plains and the desert. The climate is just as diversified ranging from tropical temperatures to the dry desert air.

If you like the beach, it is best to visit the southern coastal regions between October and May. It is fairly dry and still warm. The weather from July to September is very hot and humid and you will have to deal with occasional downpours. You can enjoy parasailing, snorkeling or jet skiing.

But Mexico is not just known for its beaches, it is definitely rich in culture.  You can also visit the Mayan ruins, Pyramids at Teotihuacan or the Ruinas del Rey.  Whether it’s the beach or the historical sites, you can see why Mexico has such an allure for honeymooners.
