I found this awesome company called Bridal Cookie. There cookies are customizable. So you can create cookie of your exact cake, A mini version of you and the groom. There are so many different things you can do with them. They are a fun wedding favor to give your guests and definietely unique. The cookies they make last for months. So you could order them early if need be. Keep in mind they are out of the country so the shipping time takes about 2-4 weeks but I think they offer something really cool.
