You have the perfect venue for your wedding but it is not a traditional setting for nuptials. We have a great idea. You can transform this location and make it more chic so that you can have your wedding. We have a shoot from Fort Mill, South Carolina where a warehouse was completely decorated as a venue. First, they did not cover the walls. They wanted the natural feel of the venue to remain. They simply draped fabric over the dance floor and reception area to give it a more upscale feeling. The area with the chairs and ottomans is so contemporary. They also had hanging lights.
We simply love the table setting. The table cloth is not white which really fits the venue. It blends in perfectly with the floral centerpiece and candles. It is definitely upscale to place the menu in the center of each plate.
The wedding cake is three layers with floral designs along the sides and on top. It was absolutely incredible.
The bride's gown was definitely upscale and not something you would expect at a wedding in a warehouse. It had ruched design with capped sleeves and just flowed so well. It was just beautiful. We hope that this shoot shows that you can take any venue and turn it into a wedding location. It just takes some creativity and imagination. If you have a more industrial location in mind for your wedding, close your eyes and dream. You will amazed at what you can come up with.
